Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoon chipotle paste
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise, yogurt and ranch dressing to a mixing bowl.
- Add the chipotle, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Whisk well until combined and smooth.
Notes
- If you are going to use one of these sauce bottles like we have in the photo, then you will need to blend the sauce first. Otherwise the bits of chilli from the chipotle paste get stuck in the nozzle and you can't squirt the Southwest sauce out.
- Try to let the sauce rest in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. This allows all the flavours to come together.
- Make sure you check that your onion and garlic powder are fresh. If they have ben open for longer than 6 months then they won't have as much flavour.
- You can use chipotle powder instead of chipotle paste if that is all you have.
- For some extra flavour, add a little dried parsley or basil.
