Ingredients

  • 2 ervings rice try to use leftover long-grain rice
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in pan over slow fire, then add garlic and scallion white to fry until aromatic. Still on slow fire, don’t burn the ingredients.
  2. Place leftover rice in, use your turnner to press the rice while stirring can help to break the large bumps.
  3. When the rice is completely heated, add both dark soy sauce and light soy sauce.
  4. Then seasoning with salt and pepper and spinkle green onions. Serve hot!
