  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 12 oz of sugar snap peas
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic minced
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter and toasted sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sugar snap peas and soy sauce, then stir to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until crisp-tender.
  3. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste.
  4. Remove from the skillet and serve with additional soy sauce on the side. Enjoy!
