Ingredients
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ lb green beans ends trimmed
- Dash of crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- toasted sesame seeds to taste
Instructions
- Heat the toasted sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans, crushed red pepper flakes, and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender and vibrant green.
- Add the minced garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
- Add the soy sauce and butter, and stir evenly, coating the green beans.
- Sprinkle the tops with toasted sesame seeds. Serve & enjoy.
