- 1 teaspoon Gochugaru Korean red chili powder

- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted white sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced cucumber with soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, gochugaru chili powder, garlic powder and sesame oil.
- Mix well.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and serve as a side dish with steamed rice.
