Ingredients
- 2 packages 10 oz each frozen chopped spinach thawed and well-drained
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well until the mixture is homogenous.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small, walnut-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the balls are firm and lightly golden.
