Spinach Roll Ups

Spinach and cream cheese make the perfect combination in this pinwheel recipe. Spinach Roll ups are the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 2 10-ounce packages frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, and drained/squeezed dry.
- 1 1-ounce package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup real bacon bits
- 3 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 10 10-inch flour tortillas
Instructions
- Combine spinach, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, cream cheese, bacon bits and green onions together in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the mixture on each tortilla and roll it up tightly, jelly-roll style.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- When ready to serve, slice each wrap into approximately ¾” thick rounds.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
