You don't have to go to a galaxy far, far away to try this fruity and delicious Star Wars Blue Milk! Make this Galaxy's Edge favorite right at home.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk lite
- 1 ½ banana ripe
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1-2 cups ice
- 1 drop Food Coloring blue gel type
Instructions
- Add coconut milk, bananas, maple syrup, cinnamon, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add food coloring and pulse until combined. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Add more ice if you want it to have more of a slushy consistency.
- You can use regular milk instead of coconut milk but your drink won't be quite as thick.
- Make sure to use ripe bananas for the best flavor!
