Ingredients
Simple Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Violet Drink
- 1 green tea bag
- 1 hibiscus tea bag
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup or to taste
- 1/4 cup white grape juice
- 1/4 cup frozen blackberries plus a few more to garnish if desired
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- ice

Instructions
Simple Syrup
- Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Boil over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and cool to room temperature.
- Pour the simple syrup into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
Violet Drink
- Place the green and hibiscus tea bags in 2 cups of hot water. Steep for 5 minutes. Then remove the tea bags and cool the brewed tea to room temperature.
- Place the blackberries in a pitcher or similar container and muddle until they are fairly well mashed.
- Add the tea, 2 tablespoons of simple syrup, and the white grape juice to the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Pour the coconut milk and 2 cups of the tea mixture into a large shaker. Shake well.
- Fill 2 glasses with ice, pour the shaken tea over the ice, and garnish with a few blackberries if desired.
