Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Stir Fry Sauce
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir to mix well.
- Heat up the sauce over low heat until it slightly thickens. The sauce is now ready to be used for Asian stir-fry dishes.
