- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry jello
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoon butter softened
- 2-4 tablespoon milk
- sprinkles, optional

Cookie Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl add butter and sugar.
- Beat softened butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add dry jello.
- Mix until it is incorporated.
- Add eggs and beat again.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat well until cookie dough is uniform. Be sure to scrape the sides as needed.
- Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop or spoon, scoop dough onto your prepare baking sheet.
- Roll each ball of dough until it is smooth.
- Spray the bottom of a glass with cooking spray and gently flatten each ball of dough.
- Place baking sheet inside oven.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on pan.
Frosting Directions
- To prepare frosting, beat powdered sugar, butter, and milk together.
- If it is too thick, add a little milk. If it is too thin, add a bit more powdered sugar.
- Blend until incorporated.
- When cookies are cool, add frosting.
- Add sprinkles.
