Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk any variety
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries chopped
Instructions
- In a mason jar, combine the old-fashioned oats, milk, chia seeds, and honey. Stir the ingredients with a spoon to mix well.
- Add the chopped strawberries to the jar and stir to incorporate them into the mixture.
- Secure the lid on the mason jar and shake it to ensure all ingredients are fully combined.
- Place the sealed jar in the refrigerator and let it sit at least 6 hours or overnight. The next morning, open the lid and enjoy!
