  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserve

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 4 ounces cream cheese, 2 cup milk of choice, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whisk until creamy.
  2. Stir in the 2 cups old-fashioned oats until fully incorporated. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. To assemble the oat jars, evenly divide the oat mixture into 4 jars.
  4. Top with some of the 1 cup fresh strawberries and a tablespoon of 1/2 cup strawberry preserve. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge, in an airtight container, for up to four to five days.
  • you may use dairy-free options with the yogurt and cream cheese.
  • Us any other fruits of choice if you do not like strawberries.
