Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon coarse salt
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Place the strawberries, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno pepper, and lime zest into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Stir in the lime juice, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add chopped cilantro right before serving.
Notes
- STORE this salsa with strawberries in airtight containers in the fridge for about 5-6 days.
