													This creamy Thai peanut dressing is a delicious and healthy addition to drizzle over salad, stir-fry, or your favorite Thai food recipes.

                                Ingredients
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
 - 1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
 - 1 clove garlic grated
 - 2 teaspoons grated ginger
 - 1 teaspoon chili paste sriracha
 - 1 - 2 tablespoons hot water
 
Instructions
- In a medium to large bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and chili paste. Add 1 tablespoon water and whisk to combine.
 - For a thinner sauce, add additional water, a tablespoon at a time, and whisk until the desired consistency is reached.
