The Best Frozen Lemon Drop Martini (Slush) You'll Ever Have (a Margarita-style Icy Lemon Drop!)
Report
A slushy version of my original Lemon Drop Martini. Fabulous in summer!
Share:
Ingredients
- ½ lemon (use juice for rubbing the glasses and slices for garnish)
- ½ Tbsp sugar (for rimming the glass, as needed)
For the frozen cocktail:
- 1 cup Ice cubes (¾ cup if crushed)
- 2 oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka (2 shots)
- Juice of ½ lemon (fresh Meyer lemons are best)
- 2 tsp Baker’s extra-fine sugar
Instructions
- Cut a lemon in half and rub the rim of the martini glass with it, then dip in sugar (you can use the lemon for more drinks later)!
- Put all the remaining ingredients for the frozen lemon drop martini in a blender and blend until the ice is completely slushy.
- Pour into the prepared glass and serve.
Notes
- Try the original, unfrozen cocktail, too!
