  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb loaf of bread cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup pesto butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Slice bread in half lengthwise through the middle to make 2 halves and place bread halves on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Make pesto butter.
  4. Spread pesto butter on both sides of the bread.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
