Ingredients
- 3 cups chocolate ice cream, or vanilla
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 8-10 thin mint cookies, or generic brand
- Whipped Cream for serving
- 2 thin mint cookies, crushed for garnish

Instructions
- In a blender combine the3 cups chocolate ice cream, 1 ¼ cups milk, and 8-10 thin mint cookies,.
- Blend on high speed until completely combined and until the cookies are crushed.
- Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish with 2 thin mint cookies, crushed.
