Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 l sunflower oil
- salt flakes

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes.Using a mandoline, slice the potatoes lengthwise.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl and season with oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a high-sided baking dish, arrange the potatoes evenly on top of each other.
- Be sure to fill the edges well.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil for one hour at 150C/300F.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- Cut the potato terrine into cubes of roughly the same size.
- Heat the vegetable oil to 190℃/375℉.
- Fry the potato cubes until golden and crispy.
- Finish with flakes of salt.Enjoy your meal!
