  • 4 lice bread
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 500 g tomato sliced
  • 50 g goat cheese crumbled, soft
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pinch sea salt
  • 2 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast 4 slice Bread and spread 2 tablespoon Butter over it.
  2. Add 50 g Soft goats cheese.
  3. Add 500 g Tomato (sliced). Drizzle with 1 tablespoon Olive oil and season with 2 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper.

Notes

  • A drizzle of olive oil subtly enhances the flavor but can be omitted if desired.
  • Adding homemade pesto or balsamic glaze can bring more complexity to the dish.
