Tortilla Pizza

Tortilla Pizza is a great way to make an individual pizza at home. Top your favorite store bought tortilla with your favorite pizza toppings.

Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas 8-10” burrito size tortillas
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces sliced pepperoni

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place 2 baking sheets in the oven while it's preheating to heat the baking sheets.
- Lay the tortillas out on a flat working surface.
- Top each tortilla with approximately 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce. Then top with 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/8 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
- Top with the sliced pepperoni and any other desired pizza toppings.
- Carefully place the prepared pizzas on the baking sheets in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes. Then slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
- We find that Gordita style tortillas work best for this recipe as they are sturdier but any type will work well for this recipe.
