Ingredients
- 750 ml white wine the sweeter kind, 3 cups, bottled
- 250 ml pineapple juice 1 cup
- 125 ml passionfruit juice 0.5 cup
- 250 ml dark rum 1 cup
- 350 g tropical fruit eg mango, pineapple, kiwi, tangerines etc, chopped
- 1 lime sliced
- ice optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (excluding the ice) together in a jug.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Add any extra garnishes you prefer.
- Serve in chilled glasses and add ice if required
