Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- ¼ cup thinly sliced chives
- 12 lices cooked and diced center-cut bacon
- 4 large 12-inch burrito-sized tortillas
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- ¼ pound thinly sliced deli turkey
- ¼ pound thinly sliced deli ham
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1-2 tablespoons milk (as needed), ¼ cup thinly sliced chives, and 12 slices cooked and diced center-cut bacon. Stir until the ingredients are completely combined and smooth.
- Spread about 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly on each 4 large 12-inch burrito-sized tortillas. Then add a single layer of the 1 head romaine lettuce, a single layer of ¼ pound thinly sliced deli turkey, and a single layer of ¼ pound thinly sliced deli ham to each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, while being gentle. cover them and place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes to firm up the cream cheese mixture.
- Remove from the fridge, cut off the ends, and slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch rounds. serve fresh!
