Turkey Pinwheels
Report
These greens-filled turkey pinwheels come together easily for a packed lunch, afterschool snack, or as a party appetizer. It only takes a few minutes to put together with a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- ¾ cup cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 8 lices turkey deli meat thinly sliced (about 4 oz per serving)
- 2 cup tender greens
Instructions
- Spread ¼ of the cream cheese across a tortilla.
- Place two slices (or more) of turkey on one half of the tortilla.
- Place the greens over the sliced turkey.
- Roll the pinwheel from the turkey covered side, using both hands and rolling tightly and tucking the greens into the roll as you go.
- Cut the roll into 6 and place them into an airtight container in the fridge if not serving immediately. Repeat with the other 3 tortillas.
