  • 1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls 12-count
  • ¼ cup butter melted, unsalted; ½ stick / 57 g
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon parsley finely chopped, fresh
  • cup cranberry aioli divided, 160 g
  • 10 lices provolone cheese divided
  • 16 ounces turkey breast deli slices or leftover turkey, roasted, sliced
  • ½ yellow onion thinly sliced into crescents (curved thin pieces
  • 1 large tomato sliced (about 8 slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 7×11-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, salt, and parsley. Set aside.
  3. Split your rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  4. Spread ⅓ cup cranberry aioli over the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Top the aioli with 5 slices of provolone cheese. Follow with a layer of the turkey, onion, tomato, and the remaining provolone cheese slices.
  6. Brush the cut side of the top halves of the rolls with the remaining ⅓ cup cranberry aioli.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on top of the cheese. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes (or until the tops of the sliders turn a golden brown).
  10. Remove from oven, slice, and serve!
