  • 50 g caster sugar (¼ cup)
  • 100 g self-raising flour (~¾ cup)
  • ¼ Teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 Teaspoon ground dried ginger (add an extra ½ teaspoon if you want a stronger flavour)
