Ingredients
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz club soda
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 5 1" cubes watermelon
- 8 mint leaves

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaker with large chunks of crushed ice. Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds, then pour into a serving glass (don't strain it).
- Top with more crushed ice and club soda. Stir gently to combine before serving.
