- Neutro ice cream stabiliser, enough for 1 lt – 4 cups of liquid – the quantity varies from brand to brand
- 100 gms – 3.4 oz. Liquid Glucose
- 250 gms – 8.8 oz. sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
