Watermelon Juice
Description
Watermelon Juice is made by blending chunks of fresh watermelon with freshly squeezed lime juice. The lime adds a subtle tartness that balances the natural sweetness of the watermelon. Using seedless watermelon simplifies preparation and blending.
The blender thoroughly purees the fruit to create a smooth, vibrant pink juice. If desired, the juice can be strained for extra smoothness, but the pulp adds body to the drink. Serving it chilled or over ice enhances the beverage’s refreshing quality.
This juice is ideal as a hydrating beverage on its own or alongside light meals and summer snacks. It is best consumed fresh but can be prepared a few hours in advance and stirred before serving to maintain flavor and texture.
