White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies are chewy delicious cookies that use a base recipe for chocolate chip cookies and adds white chocolate chips and cranberries instead. These should definitely be on your holiday baking list.

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter , softened
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon hot water
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour and cream of tartar and stir. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
- Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are slightly golden brown.
