Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles optional, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper then spray it with nonstick baking spray.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl that is safe for the microwave.
  3. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir the mixture and then microwave for an additional 30 seconds if the chocolate hasn’t fully melted.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and stir to combine. Then transfer the fudge to the lined pan and spread it out evenly with a spoon or an offset spatula.
  6. While the fudge is still soft, add sprinkles to decorate, if desired.
  7. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, and up to overnight.
  8. When ready to enjoy, remove fudge from the fridge and cut into desired size pieces.

  • Line your baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides. This makes it easier to lift the fudge out of the pan for cutting once it has set.

  • Once the ingredients are combined, work swiftly to pour the mixture into the prepared pan. White chocolate fudge tends to set relatively quickly, so efficiency is key to achieving a smooth finish.

  • If you are adding sprinkles, do so immediately after pouring the fudge into the pan. This ensures that the sprinkles start well before the fudge starts to set.

  • Before slicing the fudge, run a sharp knife under hot water to warm it. Wiping the knife dry, use it to make clean cuts through the fudge. This helps prevent the fudge from sticking to the knife.

  • If you’re putting your fudge on a serving platter, cut all the way through the parchment paper. This will help prevent it from sticking to your serving tray too. There are XX Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
