This simple 2 ingredient Christmas mimosa cocktail will sparkle at your holiday brunch! Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs, along with edible glitter for true sparkle.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Chilled Prosecco champagne, or other dry sparkling wine
- 3 ounces White Cranberry Juice
- 1 prig fresh Rosemary for garnish
- fresh cranberries for garnish
- simple syrup and sanding sugar optional, for the rim
Instructions
- To rim the glass: Dip the rim in simple syrup and pour a little sanding sugar on a plate. Tap the top of the flute in the sanding sugar to rim.
- Add the champagne to the glasses. Top with white cranberry juice and stir in edible glitter (if using). Garnish with rosemary and cranberries. Cheers!
Notes
- To Make Simple Syrup: heat together equal parts water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir to dissolve the sugar, then let cool.
