Instructions
- Mixing Method: Industrial Mixer: Mix 2 minutes slow speed and 8 minutes on fast speed
 - Intermediate Proof: 15 minutes
 - Weight:175 grams
 - Shape: Elongated
 - Bake: Oven temperature 210C / 410F for 16 minutes
