Ingredients

  • 235 ml water warm, 1 cup
  • 10 gms active dry yeast 2 tsp
  • 235 ml milk
  • 90 ml honey ¼ cup
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 350 gms all-purpose flour plus extra for kneading, 2 ¾ cups
  • 350 gms whole wheat flour 2 ¾ cups
  • 1 tbsp salt

Notes

  • These loaves will keep at room temperature for a couple of days. They can also be wrapped in foil and put in freezer bags, and frozen for up to 3 months.
