Ingredients

Servings
  • 4.5 cups yogurt
  • 1 bag frozen mixed berries or fruit of your choice

For the granola

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Homemade Granola

  1. Mix together all your granola ingredients in a bowl and then spread it out in a sheet pan
  2. Bake at 300F for 30 minutes, keeping an eye on it and giving it a stir or two throughout the process.

Yogurt Parfait

  1. Layer in a mason jar the fruit and then the yogurt. Optional to add the granola in at this step or keep it separate in a different mason jar to prevent it from getting soggy.
