Ingredients
- 4.5 cups yogurt
- 1 bag frozen mixed berries or fruit of your choice
For the granola
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- pinch of salt
Instructions
Homemade Granola
- Mix together all your granola ingredients in a bowl and then spread it out in a sheet pan
- Bake at 300F for 30 minutes, keeping an eye on it and giving it a stir or two throughout the process.
Yogurt Parfait
- Layer in a mason jar the fruit and then the yogurt. Optional to add the granola in at this step or keep it separate in a different mason jar to prevent it from getting soggy.
