Zesty Italian Potatoes

Make the best Zesty Italian Potatoes that everyone is guaranteed to love! These potatoes are full of flavor, have a crispy texture, and are super easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1 lb Red/Yellow Potatoes *diced
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet Zesty Italian Dressing Mix *dry
- Salt/Pepper *to taste
Instructions
- Dice/halve red potatoes leaving skin on. Cut desired amount and spread out on baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of potatoes and use fingers to sift through, until thoroughly coated.
- Sprinkle packet of Italian dressing mix on top of potatoes evenly.
- Sprinkle desired amount of salt and pepper on top.
- Bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until tender. Serve!
