Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 pound steak NY Strip, ribeye, sirloin, etc, cut into cubes
- 2 large zucchini chopped
- ½ red onion chopped
- ¼ cup Teriyaki sauce to taste
- sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large skillet and heat to high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has evaporated, forming a thick sauce around the food and the food begins to caramelize, about 20 to 25 minutes total.
- Taste the teriyaki beef for flavor and add more teriyaki sauce and/or sea salt to taste.
- Serve over rice or with choice of sides.
