AIP Coconut Milk Matcha Latte

This AIP Coconut Milk Matcha Latte is a quick and easy addition to your morning routine. This matcha latter with coconut milk recipe also includes instructions on how to turn it into a AIP Matcha Smoothie or Iced Matcha Latte.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a small saucepan. Add the matcha powder and honey then stir to combine. Set aside.
  2. Add the coconut milk to a small saucepan and heat over low heat. Do not bring to a boil. You don’t want to burn the coconut milk, you just want it warm.
  3. Next pour equal amounts of the matcha mixture into two mugs. Then repeat but with the hot coconut milk. If using add 1 scoop of the collagen peptides to each mug. Using a milk frother, stir to combine. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Make sure to use coconut milk that’s AIP friendly. I always use this brand.
  • I use a milk frother to quickly stir and combine my matcha. This is the one I used.
