- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
Air Fryer Hard-Boiled Eggs
- Preheat the air fryer to 250°F degrees for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs to the basket of the air fryer.
- Set time for 17 minutes.
- While air fryer is cooking the eggs fill a large bowl with ice and water.
- When the timer goes off gently place the cooked eggs in the prepared ice water. Let sit for 10 minutes before draining and peeling eggs.
- Crack and peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Set egg whites aside on a serving plate.
Deviled Egg Mixture
- In a mixing bowl mash the egg yolks with a fork, then add mayonnaise, softened butter, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the prepared egg whites, creating a generous filling in each half.
- Garnish each deviled egg with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped chives or green onions.
Notes
- For the creamiest deviled egg mixture, ensure the butter and egg yolks are at room temperature.
- Clean the knife each time you slice the hard-boiled egg.
- Place the egg mixture in a ziplock bag and snip off the tip to use in place of a piping bag.
