Ingredients
- 12 eggs (or fewer, depending on the size of your air fryer)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 250F for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs to the basket and cook them at 250 °F for the times given below. Make sure they are in a single layer and there is room for the air to circulate.Soft Boiled : 13 minutesMedium Boiled (jammy) : 15 minutesHard Boiled : 17 minutes
- While eggs are cooking combine ice and water to make a big bowl of ice water.
- When eggs are done remove them from the fryer basket directly into the ice bath and let them cool for 10 minutes.
- Peel and serve or store in a sealed container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Notes
- While these are "hard-boiled eggs" there is no actual water or boiling involved in this recipe.
- Cooling the eggs in a bowl of ice water is the key to easy peeling.
