Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms Recipe

Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms. How to cook mushrooms in the air fryer. Mushrooms are sliced and cooked with garlic and rosemary for the ultimate quick air fryer side dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g button mushrooms
- 1 garlic bulb
- fresh Rosemary
- extra virgin olive oil spray
- ½ Tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter optional

Instructions
- Place your mushrooms on a clean chopping board and slice lengthways into thirds. Season your mushrooms with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then peel your garlic bulb to make lots of garlic cloves.
- Load into the air fryer basket your garlic, mushrooms, and fresh rosemary. Spray with extra virgin olive oil and then air fry for 6 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Spray again with extra virgin olive oil and cook for a further 3 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Melt some butter with the microwave or wait until the air fryer is done and use the air fryer. Then toss the mushrooms in the butter before serving.
Notes
- Butter. Garlic butter mushrooms are amazing. But if you want to skip the butter, just serve, and ignore the butter step.
- Ahead. You can also make these air fried mushrooms ahead and then just air fry them when ready to eat. Serving. You can also make air fried mushrooms to cook in your omelette or frittata.
