Air Fryer Halloumi Fajitas

Delicious perfectly cooked air fryer halloumi fajitas. Loaded with sliced halloumi, peppers, red onion, and fajitas seasoning, it’s the easiest fajitas you will ever make.

Ingredients
- 225 g halloumi
- 1 red pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 1 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fajitas seasoning
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Slice your peppers, red onion, and halloumi lengthways. Season your peppers and onion with salt and pepper, but don’t season the halloumi.
- Add peppers, onion, extra virgin olive oil, fajitas seasoning to a bowl and mix well. Gradually and gently add in the halloumi and mix well too, being careful it doesn’t break.
- Load into the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Serve in a big bowl or load into wraps.
Notes
- Make Ahead. You can also make ahead your halloumi fajitas and then just air fry them when you are ready.
- Flimsy. Note that halloumi is rather flimsy and breaks really easy. That’s why I recommend adding in the halloumi gradually and being really gentle with it.
- Salt. Halloumi is high salt. I recommend you add salt and pepper to everything but the halloumi.
