Air Fryer Ham Casserole

A great way to use leftover holiday ham.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce or more, warmed
- 1 ½ cups chopped ham already cooked
- 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 1/2 cups chopped mozzarella or bocconcini cheese

Instructions
Air Fryer Instructions:
- Preheat an air fryer to 350F / 180C.
- In an air fryer-safe dish, combine the pasta, sauce, ham, and a little bit of the cheese.
- Top the casserole with the remaining cheese and the rosemary sprigs.
- Place the dish into the air fryer basket and cook for between 7-11 minutes or until the pasta sauce is bubbling and the cheese has melted.
Oven Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C.
- Combine the ingredients in a casserole dish and add an extra 1 to 1 ½ cups of sauce.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbly.
- If desired, broil for a few minutes at the end to brown the cheese.
- Cover with foil for most of the cooking time if you don’t want it too brown.
Notes
- This recipe is great for using leftover ham, but you can also use leftover pasta and sauce.
- Add more sauce to taste if you prefer.
- Warm the sauce first, and it will speed up the cooking process.
