Air Fryer Hamburgers

Air fryer hamburgers are delicious and so easy to prepare. Enjoy juicy and flavor packed burgers in just minutes thanks to the air fryer.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef and seasonings until well combined. Don’t over work the meat as it will make your burgers tough.
- Divide beef into 4 equal portions, roll into balls and form into patties
- Preheat Air Fryer to 370 degrees F. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat option, then run the air fryer at 370 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Add patties in a single layer into the basket of the air fryer.
- Cook for 6, flip burgers and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, (approximately 3-4 minutes).
- Add cheese, if using, and cook until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- I find that 80/20 beef works best for this recipe to give the best flavor. If you decide to use a lean beef or ground turkey or ground chicken, then reduce the cook time by a few minutes to ensure that the patties do not get overcooked.
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- The nutritional information just includes the patties not the bun or the toppings for your burgers.
