This easy air fryer mahi mahi recipe yields perfectly cooked, crispy fish fillets in just 20 minutes. With simple seasoning and minimal prep, you can enjoy a restaurant-quality seafood dinner at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds mahi mahi
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes
  2. Mix the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pat the fish dry with a paper towel. Brush the fillet with the oil and dip it in the breadcrumb mixture. Flip it over to coat both sides of the fish filet.
  4. Place the breaded fish in the air fryer basket and sprinkle the spice mixture on top of it.
  5. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes or until the fish reaches 145 degrees F internally. Flip the fish over halfway through the cooking time.
