Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds mahi mahi
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes
- Mix the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pat the fish dry with a paper towel. Brush the fillet with the oil and dip it in the breadcrumb mixture. Flip it over to coat both sides of the fish filet.
- Place the breaded fish in the air fryer basket and sprinkle the spice mixture on top of it.
- Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes or until the fish reaches 145 degrees F internally. Flip the fish over halfway through the cooking time.
