Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- ⅔ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Add the parmesan cheese, almond flour, smoked paprika, garlic salt, thyme and pepper in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Coat the pork chops in the olive oil, then dip them in the breading mixture. Shake off any excess breading and place on your air fryer rack.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook 4-5 more minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F when checked with a meat thermometer.
Notes
- If you'd rather use bone-in pork chops you can, just be sure to increase the cooking time.
- If you don't have parmesan cheese, you can use Romano or Asiago instead.
