Ingredients
- 60 g Potato peelings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 2 pinch sea salt
- 2 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions
- Put the potato peelings into a bowl with the oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Put the coated peelings into your air fryer. Cook at 200°C/400°F for 10 minutes, shaking half way through.
Notes
- Make sure the shake the potatoes half way through.
- Don't overfill your air fryer basket, as they won't get crispy. Cook in batches if you need to.
- When mixing the oil and seasoning into the potatoes, use your hands to get everything more evenly distributed.
