Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon boneless and skinless
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1-2 teaspoon soy sauce to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1-2 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon pepper
For the Sauce
- ¼ cup Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Sriracha to taste

- Prep the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let the marinade sit for a minute to thicken slightly into a thin paste.
- Cube the Salmon: Pat the salmon dry and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Toss the cubes in the marinade and let them sit for 5 minutes.
- Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces for even cooking. If needed, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden and crispy.
- Make the Sauce. In a small bowl, mix Kewpie mayo, sriracha, and rice vinegar until smooth and creamy. Drizzle the sauce over the salmon bites or serve it on the side for dipping.
