Air Fryer Steak Fajitas

This recipe for Air Fryer Steak Fajitas is so fast and yummy! These steak fajitas are bursting with bold flavors and delicious veggies - all made in your air fryer!

Ingredients
For The Marinade:
- 2 lb flank steak cut into strips across the grain
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste or 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- juice from 1 lime
For The Vegetables:
- 1 large red onion sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
For the marinade:
- To a large zip top bag, add the flank steak, soy sauce, taco seasoning, garlic, olive oil,
- and lime juice. Let the flank steak marinade in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes or up to 24 hours.
For the vegetables:
- In a large bowl, add the sliced vegetables, olive oil and taco seasoning. Toss together until fully coated.
For the fajitas:
- Preheat the air fryer to 390℉.
- Add the seasoned vegetable to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, shaking half way through.
- After 10 minutes, add the marinated flank steak on top of the vegetables in the air fryer and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Turning the steak pieces halfway through cooking.
- Transfer the steak and vegetables to a serving platter.
- Serve with tortilla shells and your favorite toppings. Enjoy! Optional toppings: Salsa, pico de gallo, guacamole, Spanish rice, black beans, lime wedges, sour cream, cilantro, hot sauce.
Notes
- Notes:Store the steak fajitas and vegetables in the refrigerator in an airtight container or zip-top bag for up to 3 days.Reheat the fajitas in the air fryer at 400℉ for 3-4 minutes or until hot, or reheat in themicrowave.Skirt steak, strip steak, or hanger steak can be used in place of flank steak.
