Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas

In 15 minutes, you can have perfectly cooked Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas. Flavourful and easy to prepare with a homemade fajita seasoning.

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast
- 3 bell peppers sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon fajita seasoning

Instructions
- Put 3 Bell peppers, 1 Onion and 400 g Chicken breast into a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle over 1 tablespoon Olive oil and add 4 tablespoon Fajita seasoning. Mix well so that everything is coated.
- Put the chicken and vegetables into your air fryer.
- Cook at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Notes
- The nutritional information is for the filling only - wraps and toppings are not included.
- Make sure all the chicken strips are cut evenly, so that they all cook at the same rate.
- Don't slice your onions and peppers too thin, as they will burn in the air fryer.
- Be generous with the fajita seasoning and make sure everything is well covered so you get that delicious smoky and spicy flavour in every bite.
- Try not to overcrowd your air fryer basket. You want to make sure that that air can circulate around the chicken and vegetables so they get a little bit of crisp on them.
- Add a squeeze of lime to the air fryer fajitas just before serving (not before cooking) to freshen them up.
